the yin residency
our yin yoga residency, developed by paul and suzee grilley, is taught by tina lanzoni, a devoted student of yin yoga founder paul grilley. this program is a unique, enlightening compliment to the yoga training that also stands independently as one of the most comprehensive yin trainings in the area.

practice yoga asana in a workshop format to hone skills both as a student and as a teacher.

dive deeply into areas of yoga study, such as ayurveda, pranayama, meditation, and more.
sundays: noon - 8 pm
practice yoga asana, honing physical cues gathered over the weekend.
engage in meaningful conversation about philosophical concepts and theories.
practice teaching to your peers, learning to watch for cues both physical and subtle.

trainers duffy perkins and tina lanzoni have a combined 20,000 hours of yoga teaching experience, graduating over 100 students from yoga teacher trainings.

the groundswell training curriculum reflects two decades of specialized study, incorporating multiple religious traditions, philosophical doctrines, and physical practices from the last 5,000 years of yoga.

the residency is an initiation into a community of dedicated practitioners. through mentorship and authentic relationship, we will create the community we need today.

tina lanzoni
tina lanzoni (E-RYT500, C-IAYT,) is a yoga therapist, mindfulness meditation teacher, and a certified yoga therapist through the kripalu school of integrative yoga therapy. her passionate and relatable personality, and constant search for knowledge, keeps her classes heart-felt, safe, and inspirational.
