join mia moon and duffy perkins for a quiet night of healing and restoration. we'll begin with a guided meditation leading us into the energy body, the part of ourselves that is purely sensory and expansive. in this peaceful state, the deep resonance of mia's crystal singing bowls will open channels for rest, healing, and peace. this experience is for everyone.

In this intimate circle, you'll journey beyond surface-level awareness to discover how your most challenging internal voices can become your greatest teachers. as we prepare to close 2025 and welcome a new year, this special ceremony invites you to meet whatever shadow is ready to be acknowledged, honored, and transformed. rather than focusing on specific archetypes, we'll journey into your inner landscape to discover which patterns are calling for release as you step into the energy of renewal and possibility. this sacred container offers space for completion, integration, and setting intentions for authentic growth in the year ahead.

join mia moon for an evening of deep relaxation and energetic renewal through the healing vibrations of sound. using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and Reiki energy, mia will guide you into a meditative state where stress melts away, energy blocks are released, and your mind, body, and spirit are brought back into harmony.

 

this 75-minute sound journey will help you: calm the nervous system and quiet the mind clear heavy energy and restore balance open space for clarity, peace, and inner guidance realign with your intentions as the year comes to a close.

 

this is the perfect meditation to prepare for the Winter Solstice—a sacred time of stillness, renewal, and returning to the light.

 

no experience needed—simply come as you are and allow the frequencies to carry you into deep rest and rebirth.

 

what to bring: yoga mat or blanket, pillow, water, and anything to keep you comfortable (eye pillow, journal, crystals).

this is not your standard vinyasa class. in this class, duffy will lead you through a sequence of poses where each asana is held for a timed 60 seconds. with no music, and with very little dynamic movement, you will step into a physical meditation that will leave you feeling clarity, peace, and contentment.

 

this class is ideal for those practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of the physical and mental aspects of yoga, and is appropriate for all levels of practitioners. bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing, ideally in layers.

join bridgette and julianne to experience the meditative power of mantra, accompanied by the rich, resonant tones of the harmonium. in this special workshop, we’ll begin with pranayama (breathwork) and asana (postures) designed to open the body, calm the mind, and support the voice. from this grounded foundation, you will be guided in the ancient practice of chanting Sanskrit mantras, generating an “inner sound bath” as vibrations flow to carry us into a deeper state of presence and connection.

 

to close, you’ll rest deeply as crystal bowls create a sound bath from the outside, surrounding you with soothing resonance. together, the inner and outer vibrations offer a profound pathway to healing, clarity, and inner stillness.

 

whether you are new to chanting or a kirtan enthusiast, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore your voice and spirit. bring an instrument if you wish, let your voice be heard, or simply receive and listen.
