this is not your standard vinyasa class. in this class, duffy will lead you through a sequence of poses where each asana is held for a timed 60 seconds. with no music, and with very little dynamic movement, you will step into a physical meditation that will leave you feeling clarity, peace, and contentment.

 

this class is ideal for those practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of the physical and mental aspects of yoga, and is appropriate for all levels of practitioners. bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing, ideally in layers.

join bridgette and julianne to experience the meditative power of mantra, accompanied by the rich, resonant tones of the harmonium. in this special workshop, we’ll begin with pranayama (breathwork) and asana (postures) designed to open the body, calm the mind, and support the voice. from this grounded foundation, you will be guided in the ancient practice of chanting Sanskrit mantras, generating an “inner sound bath” as vibrations flow to carry us into a deeper state of presence and connection.

 

to close, you’ll rest deeply as crystal bowls create a sound bath from the outside, surrounding you with soothing resonance. together, the inner and outer vibrations offer a profound pathway to healing, clarity, and inner stillness.
