tasha gaglioti

Tasha began her yoga journey in Baltimore in 2007, where she was drawn to the athleticism of Hot Vinyasa. Her 25-year military career allowed her to explore various yoga styles, including Ashtanga, Prana, Iyengar, Baptiste, and Bikram, while traveling through the US, Europe, and Latin America.

As a military athlete, Tasha offered classes at virtually every duty station assigned to create a safe space for every type of body. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Alliance training in 2015, Tasha taught at Hot Asana in Southern Pines, NC, returning to a power-based practice.

Today, her classes are a moving meditation that blends vinyasa and Dharma-inspired flow, all rooted in alignment. Tasha also holds certifications in sound healing and Sustainable and safe Adaptation of yoga For EveryBODY.
